The MICOS official website and the contest platform - AI Range are two relatively independent platforms, and Contest Organizing Committee does not make any commitment or guarantee for the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness, and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the contest registration and work submission platform.

3. The MICOS official website is used as the information dissemination platform of the competition, and Contest Organizing Committee is only responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the relevant information (pictures, texts, videos, links, etc.) provided by itself, while the relevant information provided by other partners/sponsors is promised to ensure the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided, undertake to own the independent intellectual property rights of the information provided or have obtained the necessary license authorization, there is no infringement of the rights of other third parties, and the consequences caused by the infringement of the information or materials provided by the provider shall be fully assumed by the provider.

In no event shall Contest Organizing Committee be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or penal damages, including loss of profits suffered by the user as a result of using the MICOS website and the contest registration and entry submission platform (even if Contest Organizing Committee has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
